The 138th Canton Fair will kick off next month. The booths for each enterprise have already been allocated. Everyone is getting ready for the exhibition and the procedures for obtaining the exhibitor certificates have been announced.
Regarding the application for exhibition certificates this time, here we will briefly summarize a few points that need attention. They are quite different from those in previous years.
Each participating enterprise should finalize the position of the booth supervisor as early as possible this time, and first apply for the documents for this supervisor, then apply for the documents for other colleagues.
It is suggested that when entering the basic information, enterprises should fill in the names of several booth supervisors to avoid the situation where a certain colleague has an emergency and affects the normal application of the exhibitor documents for everyone.
2. Applicants must submit proof of social security for the past 3 months or more in this enterprise.
This year, a new submission requirement has been specially added, mainly targeting the previous chaotic situation of booth resale, in order to make the allocation of booth resources more fair and reasonable.
3. Since the 138th Canton Fair, exhibitors' certificates have been in the form of QR code documents.
4. The validity period of this year's certificates is only valid for one period. Personnel holding the certificates of previous exhibitors must reapply.
5. The 138th Canton Fair will activate the historical data of certificate issuance (data from the 134th session onwards), providing warning prompts for the application and review units regarding the personnel applying for certificates.
If there are three or more (including three) different types of certificates or different affiliated enterprises with certificate issuance records, the system will issue a "yellow warning"; if there are five or more (including five) different types of certificates or different affiliated enterprises with certificate issuance records, the system will issue a "red warning".
6. The 138th Canton Fair has begun. You need to create an enterprise registration code. Please keep the QR code safe as it will be needed when you apply for a new registration in the future.
