Carbon steel fasteners
Carbon steel fasteners are high-strength, cost-effective, and commonly used for structural, automotive, and industrial applications. Composed of iron and carbon, they are frequently used in dry environments, often with coatings for corrosion resistance. Common types include bolts, screws, nuts, and washers available in low-to-Middle-High carbon grades.
Low-carbon steel (with a carbon content of ≤0.25%); Such us: Steel Q195 Q235
Medium-carbon steel (0.25% < carbon content < 0.6%); Such us Steel 45#
High-carbon steel (with a carbon content of ≥0.6%).

The steel can be classified based on the content of harmful impurities phosphorus and sulfur.
Ordinary steel (with phosphorus content ≤ 0.045% and sulfur content ≤ 0.055%; or both phosphorus and sulfur content ≤ 0.050%)
High-quality steel (with both phosphorus and sulfur content ≤ 0.040%); and superior high-quality steel (with phosphorus content ≤ 0.035% and sulfur content ≤ 0.030%).
